校園性別友善空間的建設與推廣，已成為當代大學校園重要的議題之一。
本校致力於改善既有校園建設，營造更性別友善的校園環境，並相信尊重個體的性別認同與表現，是建構一個性別友善校園環境不可或缺的要素。
我們重視身處校園中的教職員工生感受及想法，希望藉由此份問卷搜集校園中的不同觀點。
本問卷旨在了解學校教職員工生對於校園性別友善空間的看法、需求與期待，藉此評估本校性別友善空間方面的政策與規劃，提供未來改善校園性別友善環境的參考，促進教職員工生身心健康，實踐性別平等。
本問卷為匿名發放與填寫，所有內容都將保密，僅供校方作為性別友善校園空間規劃參考使用，您可以根據自己的實際情況進行回答。

Creating and promoting gender-friendly spaces has become a key focus on today’s university campuses.
At Kaohsiung Medical University, we believe that respecting each individual’s gender identity and expression is essential to creating a truly gender-friendly campus, and we are committed to enhancing our existing facilities while fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment. We hope to gather diverse viewpoints through this survey, as the experiences and ideas of faculty, staff, and students are highly valued on our campus.
This survey is designed to learn about the thoughts, needs, and expectations of faculty, staff, and students regarding gender-friendly spaces on campus. This survey aims to support the well-being of faculty, staff, and students, promote gender equality, and review our current policies and plans for gender-friendly spaces so we can make improvements and build a more inclusive campus in the future.
Please answer the survey according to your own experience; the survey is anonymous, and your responses will remain confidential, used only to help the university improve gender-friendly spaces on campus. We hope this survey encourages more people to understand and care about the importance of gender-friendly spaces on campus, and we sincerely thank you for your support and participation.
